Dough Mixer is a kind of pasta machinery, its main aim is to mix flour, water and other food ingredient evenly. It is invented to liberate hands and promote the standardized production of dough. Dough mixer plays an important role on the mass production of bread, cake, steamed bread and other flour products. This machine is composed of stirring cylinder, stirring hook, transmission device, electrical box, frame and other parts. The spiral hook is driven by the transmission device to rotate in the stirring cylinder, and the stirring cylinder is driven by the transmission device to rotate at a constant speed. The flour in the cylinder is constantly pushed, pulled, kneaded and pressed, fully agitated and quickly mixed, so that the dry flour can get even hydration, expand the gluten, and become a dough with certain elasticity, flexibility and uniform flow.
