1.      Thermodynamically assembled synthetic carriers for systemic delivery of nucleic acid, protein and peptide to enhance both inter-cellular and intra-cellular trafficking of delivery efficiency.

2.      Nano-encapsulation of functional components in food.

3.      The fabrication and application of electrospinning fiber membrane.
